This week was a busier one. When the pace picks up, I always go back to my core belief of simplifying. It’s good to sit down and reevaluate what is and isn’t currently working in your life, whether it’s your schedule, your workload, the clutter in your home, the way you plan your meals… all of it impacts your overall wellbeing.
When one area starts to feel particularly off, it tends to create a ripple effect, oftentimes making it feel like everything is off. So no matter where you’re at this week, give yourself that time and that space to reflect on both the good and the not-so-good.
