I am completely hooked on podcasts lately. I’ve always been an avid reader because I love words and I love to learn, but it’s hard to read when you’re driving, washing dishes, or out for a walk.
What I am looking for listening to podcasts are education, inspiration (and some motivation too) and personal development. Each week I learn something new. And I’m often picking up book after book because the guest or host mentioned how life-changing it was for them.
Podcasts helped me to practice shifting my mindset and perceptions, to grow as a person, as a friend, and to think about who I am, who I want to be, and the impact I want to leave on the world.
Now, as long as you have a smartphone and access to the Internet, you can not only learn pretty much anything, you can create anything too.
I love podcasts so much, I even started my own.
I find myself constantly sharing podcasts shows and specific episodes with my friends, so I’ve decided to start sharing my favorite podcasts with everyone!
Here are 5 podcasts I’m loving right now:

You just might find something life-changing.
