In today’s 30-min full-body stretch yoga class, you’ll stretch the entire body and work actively on mobility, flexibility, and relaxation. These 30 minutes are great after a fitness session or a powerful yoga flow, but at least as good as a peaceful morning or evening routine.
I’m hoping that every practice I release on my YouTube channel will help you create a daily routine so you can start feeling calm, centered, and grounded.
Today I’m inviting you to show up.
To commit to yourself.
To commit to trying something new.
To commit to trying your best – no matter what.
I’m asking you to show up without any expectations – and with an open mind, allowing the practice to unfold in front of you.
Be careful, accept your body’s limits, and please only stretch as far as it feels good.
