Today’s yoga flow is intended to give you access to get into your body. It’s a well-rounded vinyasa flow with a bit of everything: twists, hips openers, and backbends in just under 30-minutes.
I’m so good at saying yes to everything that comes my way, but this doesn’t mean I’m more productive.
I love being in action and creating results. But sometimes it can become overwhelming.
So what kept showing up for me this week is that less is more.
More space to relax.
When I simplify and slow down I get more done and feel better about myself.
When I embrace the pace of the moment, I feel better.
I let go of control, and truly show up as my best version.
So this week, I share this question with you, “How will you show up?”
Just take a moment to breathe with that.
