Welcome to the 7-Day Yoga Challenge! This 7-day yoga challenge is all about supporting you in starting and deepening your yoga practice.
My team and I brainstormed ways we could be there for our community (you!) and this challenge is the culmination of our best ideas. I’m absolutely thrilled to share it with you!
I already feel great about the idea of practicing for 7 days straight. I feel excited about challenging myself, connecting to myself, and learning something new. I know you’re too!
This challenge is designed to support you in:
- Finding and creating something new – on and off the mat.
- Improving your strength, endurance, and flexibility.
- Creating a regular daily yoga practice.
Joining our online Facebook community, you’ll get daily check-ins and it will be a place for you to ask questions, get feedback from myself, and supercharge your accountability.
The group will always be open to those of you who want to take the challenge at a later time. I will always be there to answer your questions and guide you. Join the Facebook group here.
Day 1: Grounding
Happy Day 1 of the 7-Day Yoga Challenge! I am SO thrilled to get started.
Today is all about grounding. To be grounded is to feel solid, strong, and well-balanced, in body and in mind. Every yoga practice offers an opportunity to root down, creating a firm foundation from which to grow expansive, free, and joyful.
Let’s do this!!!
Day 2: Happy Hips
Welcome back for Day 2 of the 7-Day Yoga Challenge!
Today’s practice is about unwinding, relaxing, and releasing tension in the hips to rejuvenate and find more ease.
Take some time to tend to your body with care, awareness, and mindfulness.
Let’s keep it going.
Day 3: Flow and Let Go
I invite you to let go of the need to “achieve” and instead surrender to the process. Letting go is a commitment to stay present in the face of whatever arises. Letting go takes courage. In moments of discomfort, stay, and question the sensation. Let go of all expectations and see what unfolds.
Let’s do this!
Day 4: Energy Flow
This breath and body practice is great for when you are feeling low on energy but desire to do something beneficial for overall balance and wellbeing.
The hardest part is showing up. You got this! I have your back.
Start the practice with an open mind and let the experience unfold in front of you.
Let’s keep it going.
Day 5: Core Yoga
Today’s practice is a core-focused sequence designed to help you get in touch with your core and to help you activate the physical and emotional strength, adaptability, and integration.
Customize the practice for you, take only what works for you today, and modify where appropriate.
Let’s dive in.
Day 6: Happy Flow
Happiness is a state of mind that you can choose to experience each day. Today’s practice is focused on getting happy and feeling great. Know that the most important yoga pose is the one in which you smile.

Day 7: Be Still
Now, we’re on the last day of the 7-Day Yoga Challenge. It’s bittersweet, but I’m so excited to see what you continue to create after this week!
