When I look back and remember that it pulled me up from depression seems just a nice story to be told, but it happened to me. Where I’m today is because of the way this practice shaped this version of me. And, I’m still a work in progress, and that’s the beauty of it. I’m on a journey.
Yoga works for me because I trust it and use it. Otherwise, it will not have any power.
