Power Yoga For Weight Loss

Follow along with this power yoga for weight loss class. You can do this yoga class at home in just 30 minutes, and you’ll work out every muscle in your body. You will get your heart rate up and boost your metabolism so you can burn more calories throughout your day.

Your yoga practice should be fun.

Of course, it should be fun (otherwise, why spend so much time on it?!)

But when I did embrace this, everything changed.

Not only was I happier, but my practice became a priority. I clear the schedule, and I find the means and do what I can to ensure my practice happens.

I felt powerful, confident, decisive, and I was more strategic in my thinking.

I started showing up.

And when you have this kind of mindset, you start playing a different game.

There is no failure. Just learning along the journey.

On the flip side, when we’re ready, we make it happen!
