Slow Flow – Deep Hip Opening Yoga Flow is a yoga class that invites you to relax and listen to your body. This yoga flow will help you stretch your hips and lower back.
This is a 30-min yoga practice available to all.
What I love about this class is that it has a slower pace, and I love the feeling you get at the end of the practice.
The hips are the place where we store some of our deepest vulnerabilities, which is why they are emotionally charged.
They are not tight just because we sit way too much on a chair during the day, but also because they store stress, trauma, and anxiety.
Today’s yoga flow invites you to let go and surrender to the sensations within the body.
