Today’s practice is a gentle and supportive yoga practice designed to help you release back pain. It’s a 25-min yoga class that will make your spine feel happy.
Everything I have created around yoga – my online yoga studio, Youtube Channel, retreats, and every program – I have done it intending to help and support your yoga journey.
My yoga journey started when I was at my worst (depression), and I know how transformative this practice can be.
In the beginning, I wanted to meditate but, I couldn’t even keep my back straight for a minute.
I was so out of shape.
Until I started to practice yoga regularly, and then my back pain started to fade away.
