For a long time, I wanted to start creating yoga for beginners online course to help as many people as possible to start a yoga practice or deepen their practice. This is my mission right now. I already do it through the yoga studio I’ve opened last year, and I want to expand it through online courses.
It was something that always has been there in the back of my mind. I love technology and the accessibility it gives us these days. A lot is going on in my life, and running the yoga studio was my top priority in the last months.
With the pandemic going on, I realized that this is the perfect moment to start doing actually what I wanted for a long time. Right now is always the perfect moment, even though I’ve been waiting too much to put into action what I wanted to create.
It’s a journey, but here we are,
This is how my first online course for beginners, powered by Mpower Yoga, has been released. The intention behind the course is to help you start a yoga practice, at home, at your own pace, and to have the accessibility to go back and retake the assignments every time you need it. This course is going to prepare and give the confidence you need to step into any yoga studio and take an all-levels class.
The program is designed to help you create a regular practice and to discover your best self version. It’s focused on meditation and asana practice.
